I have been a patient at Agape Clinic since 2019. This place has really gone downhill since my visit with Dr Leska last year. I went today to get a lab slip for bloodwork and the Mexican women at the front desk reception were extremely rude and unprofessional, as well as the Office Manager (also Mexican, and I am white and was the only white patient in the clinic today). I called over a month ago to set up an appointment for a wellness check and to get my prescriptions refilled (anti-depressant, blood pressure and diabetes meds) before I ran out. First they scheduled my appointment for a month away, which caused me to run out of my meds. When I asked them to call in enough refills to get me through until my appointment they refused to do so saying that I had to get bloodwork first. So I have now been without my meds for over a month and my appointment was scheduled for next Thursday, October 27, 2022. They told me to come in a week before to pick up a lab slip to go get bloodwork, which I tried to do today. On the phone they told me they would request a $30 donation, but that it isn’t mandatory as they are a “FREE” indigent care clinic. At first the receptionist said my lab slip would be $40, and I told her that I would make a donation next Thursday at my medical visit. After attempting to shake me down for $50 (not $40, but $50 and pointing to a new sign they just put up on their reception window) I asked to speak to the manager. The manager then came out and told me my appointment next Thursday was being canceled and would have to be rescheduled! When I loudly asked if they were cancelling my appointment because I didn’t have a $50 donation, she said no the doctor won’t be here next Thursday. When I told her they were the ones that made the appointment and asked why they would schedule an appointment on a day the doctor wasn’t there, she then started loudly lecturing me in front of a lobby full of other patients about how I shouldn’t have waited so long to get in for an appointment (when they are the ones that couldn’t see me for over a month from the time I called for an appointment!!!). So when I asked for the lab slip for the bloodwork, the office manager said I wouldn’t need bloodwork now. When I questioned why they told me over the phone that I HAD to get bloodwork in order to get my prescriptions refilled and now she’s telling me I don’t need it, she wouldn’t answer me. They rescheduled the appointment for November 3, 2022 at 6pm at night and wrote on the top of the slip $50. I asked her if they were gonna cancel that appointment if I don’t have $50 to donate, and she just rolled her eyes at me. I told them that advertising themselves as a free indigent care clinic (and I just went on their website and sure enough, that’s what they are still claiming) and shaking people down for a so-called $50 donation (and then canceling their appointment if they don’t have $50) is illegal!!! I am reporting them to the proper authority. They need to be shut down for treating their financially disadvantaged patients this way!!!

Hello, do not go to this site, they say that they are low-income dentists and it is false, they called me so many times to see if I was going to the appointment, they evaluate you for free, my daughter is 8 years old and that she had to pay about $800 for do a treatment and my 6-year-old daughter had to pay $1,900 to accommodate small cavities and other things. The doctor is a Chinese who does not look you in the eye , the assistant does not know how to deal with children . They are dry. The translation assistant. At first the dental assistant wanted to spend my 8-year-old daughter alone doing the plates for the evaluation. No minor should be evaluated or tested if the representative is present. I think it's the worst place. Besides, the doctor is Chinese and only speaks English. But it is not free nor is it low cost . It is very expensive

There is no charge for a visit, but the clinic does ask for a donation to cover their costs.

They may have but if they don't they'll send you to lab an get it for free
Yes they only take walk ins you have to get there very early like 4 or 5 am.
You can park within the Agape premises or at the Methodist church opposite it. There's plenty of space to park.
You can go without appointment depending on what you want to be served. And get there early. Because they open at 7
They ask for $30.00 donation for dental visit
You have to reschedule the appointment
I think they do not make covid test
It's like a general clinic so I think they might provide some help for it.
Hi Trey. Yes, the Clinic can treat many infections, STDs, and hives.
They are closed for the holidays but I dont recall if it's reopening date was posted for January 4, 2021. Perhaps the voicemail may have it recorded. I endured a bad toothache. I went as a walk in. The first day I waited all but didn't get in. They kept me updated with calls and gave me an appointment for the next day.
FREE👍
Yes, we can check thyroid. Thanks to generous donations, medical visits and lab testing are free. If you are able, we recommend a $30 donation.
Good evening! Yes, the Clinic can do dentures. Please call 972-707-7782 x 302 to speak with our dental staff. This is a high demand program, so there may be a wait.
If it's severe pain or if there's swelling involved they can probably be see you between 10am and 1pm. I believe it's Monday through Friday. I'm not sure what time they'll see anyone without an appointment in Saturday. Depends on what is causing your under foot pain there may not be a cure but maybe some relief. Good luck!
I am sorry. I do not understand the question.
Call 972-707-7782 and leave a message at extension 301 for medical services or 302 for dental services.

Unfortunately, we do not have a stomach specialist. If you are visiting, we may be able to recommend a partner agency.
Hi! We do not currently have a urologist. We generally refer patients to Parkland for these issues.
Hi Aimee - We are open! We receive a high volume of phone calls, so we aren't able to catch every incoming call. If you leave a voicemail, someone will get back to you as soon as we are able!
You have to go grab quota before 6 am
Yes, but you need it early, it's very early. I arrived at 5:30 A.M. open 7:00 A.M
Agape requests a donation of $25-$35 per appointment, depending on if it’s a general medical appointment or specialty. The clinic will see anyone, even if someone cannot donate.
Only if you don't have money, otherwise ask for a donation of 35
Go to the Agape Clinic's facebook page and send a private message with your contact information. You should receive a call back in approximately 1 day.
Yes, but they don't take many walk-ins. It is better to go during the week. You need to be there at least by 5:30 to beat the lineup of people.
I am not sure. I was homeless and had an injury ( NLT) - and they saw me - and got me into their system - i ended up getting surgery at parkland - after getting into that system. The Agape Folks are great though. $10 donations recommended - i think? 8am - pm?...get there early - there is always a LINE !
Just see or take out is a donation of 35 dls and they do what you need but you can not in a single appointment depends on your
They might but you have to wait a very long time, with an appointment and without an appointment.

We were told later on after waiting that they're closed today since they had to take offs. I wish they had indicated at the gate so that people don't have to wait for a very long time for nothing. It's ok
You have to go to the clinic early if is posible at 5am
Yes we open
They do not do pre-natal visits. They will do pregnancy tests, pap smears and blood tests. They see women's health appointments on Tuesdays. You need an appointment.

They have a dermatologist, you just have to arrive early so that they can attend you without an appointment, only on Saturdays the dermatologist arrives at 7 they open, but people arrive from 5, I hope it works for you 👋

I don't know how to tell you, but you can make an appointment 😁 God Bless you !!!
They have all kinds of doctors
I really don't know because I only go for medical not dental. I would advise you put a call through to them.
And
Maybe
It is for a donation of 25 dollars
No, it's just one phone number they have . You should listen properly to the voice prompts and press 2 for medical. It's best if you leave a message if no one answers it, they always call back.
Trying to set up dental appointment. Only answering machine. Which says it is full.
I'm also calling and they don't answer me ...
