good doctor but the wait is crazy! currently waiting 2 hours after appointment time over 12 hours of fasting and no body has come into the room to say anything to us all we came for was a simply 1 year checkup for my child

This is hands down the best Family Medical facility in Dallas,Tx! Dr. Lissa is so caring and knowledgeable! She brought my blood pressure down in under an hour and prescribed me hypertension medication to keep it low. The nurses and receptionist are so caring and nice! If you want a place that truly cares about you and your health look no further. I promise you'll be happy!

I was looking for a place to get covid test and when i asked if they did it they said yes but the one that takes 2 days so i asked to get tested i found out later that i would have to pay and got lucky to have insurance and only pay copay. I saw the doctor the first visit and had a regular consult plus covid test and she tryed to convince me to switch doctors so it made sense to pay for consult. The second visit was retest since i was positive but again had to pay for consult and didnt even see the doctor this time i waited 50 minutes even with appointment and only did covid testing and was sent home at this point i felt it was a waste of my money.
