Went here for Pokemon Go Community Day. Lovely park, the fountain was very peaceful. Lots of people out playing and enjoying a beautiful spring day. I will definitely be returning. It's close to a lot of tasty food so good for a picnic.

Nice place to chill and watch the world pass by. Campaigning groups setting up on a Saturday morning, all good natured. Live music too. Great for people watching.

Great place to spend the afternoon! It’s got abundant seating area and has a peaceful atmosphere. It’s well kept and having the Starbucks nearby makes it for a good place for hanging out or just spending time.

Love this park. Especially enjoy when the park has special set ups during certain holidays and my lil one enjoys splashing in the water. It's a very beautiful place for a walk or working out and I love to have picnics here and see all the cute pets being walked around. It's very near little Tokyo, City Hall and a short walk from Grand Central Market, Angel's flight and other LA hot spots.

Yes, there's one inside Starbucks, one in the metro station and one near the library.

Yes, they are on at night, it really looks beautiful every time I've gone there.
There are parking lots easily accessible all over, just follow the signs
No my friend ! better to get there by train or bus like shabri said
Yes.
The park is free.
You go all the way downtown! If your commune is local, then the metro 78 to union and then the redline to Grand Station takes you right there!
It's Grand Park in the middle of Downtown. A city park. Events are held there. Open to the public It's also on the way to the Court Houses.

Yes they do Sr. You will find it by the arts district in downtown L.A by 4th st n Alameda near little tokyo
It was open on New Year's Eve, I don't see any reason why it should be closed (drought maybe!)
Last day xmas

A Zeppelin is a type of rigid airship named after the German Count Ferdinand von Zeppelin (German pronunciation: [ˈt͡sɛpəliːn]) who pioneered rigid airship development at the beginning of the 20th century.
The park is in downtown Los Angeles and there's no free parking in downtown Los Angeles.
No pavilion. But there is a Starbucks nearby, and seating with tables.
They have fountain water squirts that you can play in but nothing to swim in but it's ok and very EXTREMELY CLEAN PARK!!
I have not seen or experienced anything like that. This area is adjacent to courthouses, it's crawling with police. Come and have fun.
Across the street at the church they have a restaurant inside the cathedral
Your summons should provide information on juror parking.
I found a meter a short walk from here, I don't remember it being terribly expensive, though we only stayed two hours.
Free of cost
I haven't seen signs against picknicking. During lunch folks will sit out and eat.
