Well maintained park with plenty of street parkings. Many green field and table for you to rest, you can also grab your lunch or coffee from nearby restaurants and coffee. They also have soccer and basketball fields. Good also for family with small kids who enjoy watching the ducks, turtle and fishes in the ponds. Close to Bluff creek/ LMU trails, so you can park you car here too.

This park isn't a park at all, it's a private rentable grass field. You aren't allowed to enjoy or walk your dogs in this park. If you attempt to walk your dogs on the park sidewalks, security will confront you. I asked them why I couldn't walk on the park sidewalks and was told "those aren't sidewalks they're private paths." Just put a fence around this place????? Planning to continue walking my dog here daily

Seemingly it looks like a public park but after 10 minutes, security rolls in and gives me and others trouble about this being private property. You can read their 20+ rules for how they don't want you to use their park. Tldr: you can walk in it, and do exercises by yourself but you can't use any equipment. This is why people hate LA. Hart Campus Playa Vista LLC, you trash.

Clean and safe. A couple friendly security guys circle the park. Very good maintained ground. Public toilet. Plenty parking spots.

You can feed the fish, but no the ponds are not for fishing.
