No, not at all. Parking in downtown is awful and confusing in general. Either take an uber or use the red line metro. The red line has several stops throughout downtown LA and there is a stop right next to Grand Park: civic center station.
As every court the parking around its a a lil bit expensive so I recommend going in bus its better
