Call the owner and tell them to come and get the dog.

I'm wondering if the dog named "Calvin" had been adopted. I saw a posting by the Marion Dog Shelter about this fellow, deemed to be "broken", presumably from whatever human had obviously neglected him. I'm in N.East OH. Is Calvin still waiting?
