The gentleman who was working yesterday, Saturday, was very helpful. He gave me a measuring tape and a card to write down the measurements and said to come back and he would help me order the correct Tuxedo. There was a girl who speaks almost no english there both days who was zero help and has no idea what shes doing. I went back today, Sunday with my measurements. I let them know the Tux I need doesn't come in the size I need. He was so fixated on he needs the code to the Tux. I told him it doesn't come in the size, he wasn't interested to help me at all. I said, can't we find something similar in a size that will fit? His response was, well you would need the groom to come in and ok it. Thats not going to happen the wedding is in Colombia which I already told him. Like pictures aren't a thing? They are supposed to be the experts no one else was even in the store and it was like I was an inconvenience to them that I walked in. I was ready to purchase today as the wedding is November 12th. I will be purchasing elsewhere. Horrible customer service from the team working Sunday October 23rd.

The only thing that went wrong planning an entire wedding was using the mens wearhouse. The guy helping us was mr. Know it all. Didn’t even allow us to try a vest. He didn’t want to be there. Terrible service. He said he’s been doing this a while and knows what size we are. We had 9 total tuxedos and 4 were incorrect. Insist on the details or you’ll be running around like crazy the weekend of your big event. Not what I wanted to do.

I have an emergency wedding for tomorrow and I was told to come to Men’s Wearhouse in Strongsville Ohio. Lorenzo started to help me I noticed after five minutes of us talking he decided to go help another customer and never came back as I had the shoes that he gave me my hand that I was going to buy as well as shirt and tie. He decided to go talk to his coworker so I put everything back and left. Horrible customer service

I would like to thank Eric at the Strongsville store for helping my husband and I pick out just the right suit and accessories for my son’s upcoming wedding. He was very patient, helpful and had great suggestions. We are so pleased with our purchase.
