This is the BEST store in the mall. It may be my personal opinion, but shopping here is an experience. Whether you like getting customer service while shopping or not, hard to deny how helpful the employees are. This staff says it as it is and isn't afraid of giving an honest opinion. Super awesome clothes, people skating around and funny as hell staff. Management team is super hard working and always seem to resolve whatever issue you might have, whether its needing a good outfit or if you're just having a bad day. Keep it real.

Chloe was extremely unprofessional and unhelpful. Did not try to solve a return issue. Had an attitude from the moment a return was mentioned. Ended up going to another sales associate for help. She then was rude to two teenage girls trying to complete a purchase as well. Will not return to this location until adequate staff is available, when their job is to HELP customers.
