Was always pleased with their service until we were picking up glasses for our daughter and my husband asked for a screw for his glasses that he purchased there and they refused to give him one. We have spent thousands of dollars there and they can't giver us a replacement screw? We will be finding a new vision place.

Went today to pick up a pair of glasses for daughter. I asked if I could have a screw to replace the one I used to fix my frames last week. A screw had fallen out and I used one from my previous frames since this place wasn’t open. Lady explained that she’s not allowed to hand out screws. It doesn’t matter if I bought my current frames from this place. I’ve spent thousands of dollars at this place. It doesn’t matter. These screws must be made of titanium. One Sunday I visited VisionWorks at Easton to have another screw replaced. They did it for free. It didn’t matter if I was a customer or not. They take customer service to the extreme. It will certainly pay off for them.
