I went here for years as it was the only local place that accepted my insurance. When I switched insurance I started seeing a different provider. For convenience sake I tried to schedule my next cleaning back at Nova Dental and was told that because “I expressed my dissatisfaction with their practice to the doctor I am unable to be seen here moving forward.” I have never complained about my service with them despite having bad experiences in the past. I asked for an explanation because this is first I have heard of this and was told they could not provide me any more information. Like I mentioned I have never complained before but I will now. Listen to the other reviews, take your business elsewhere. In response to your reply Dr. Wolf, that is not how the real world works. If someone complains to me at my workplace I would never tell them they are no longer allowed to come back. You lack professionalism and the incorrect grammar/spelling/punctuation you used speaks volumes about your education. Do the community a favor and find a better career for you. P.S. when I did call to figure out where you got this absurd information from I was denied the opportunity to speak to you. Petty.

Great experience at Nova Dental. Dr. Ryan and Laura are great! I had two root canals and a tooth extraction done here and couldn’t be happier. I was able to get an appointment very quickly. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They proposed a treatment plan and had my insurance coverage all broken down so I could make an informed decision. Dr. Ryan has a great sense of humor and is very knowledgeable and Laura is so calming and friendly. Highly recommend!!!

Took my son in to get a broken tooth fixed. Dr Ryan and Pam were wonderful in explaining to him what was going to be done. Pam was awesome at fixing my son's tooth she made it look so natural and perfect. I recommend these guys for any dental needs.

I can't say enough positive feedback from this office!! I've been a patient here for about 2 years now & I'm so glad I found them! Dr. Ryan is awesome , very gentle & comical! honestly my favorite dentist EVER!! I also adore Ally/Allie , she's so so sweet & gentle. she always does my cleanings! & Pam is also a sweetie! I tell you , from someone who was horrified of the dentist as a child , these guys really take that ease away. It feels SO good to have a dental office that makes you really feel cared for. thank you guys for being awesome!!
