Only problem we ever had was an overdone baked potato. They offered a fresh one, a coupon for next time and 2 different managers came out to say they were sorry, somebody in the kitchen reported off and the other guy had to do all the work.
you can look it up online by searching "smokey bones nutritionl" and it will come up. i do remember seeing it in store but not where. like lori said though their food is very calorie rich...when i go there its the only food i eat that day or ill be way over my calorie count (just eating there i expect 2000 calories or more meal)
