Wow. So disappointed. Our reservation, made months in advance, was changed without notice, leaving us short on rooms for a family get-together. Suites were dusty. Wifi went down at one point. Carpets weren’t clean. Keys didn’t work. Mattresses were saggy. And, two credit cards were compromised after being left in a room for the day. Come on, Marriott. You can do better. I’m giving it two stars because at least the manager and desk clerks were polite and tried to help.

Positive: The rooms were very large, comfortable, clean. Negative: Elevator was a bit sluggish, but not a major issue.

not the Marriott Nicest hotel, overpriced... it's more convenient to book in advance to get a good price. The AC is too loud (cheap, old and annoying) , Breakfast is over pretty early (9:30). Quiet place, clean. Some nice extras like Paul Mitchell products in the bathroom.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and the workout room and pool was a good addition. The breakfast could be much better by adding scrambled eggs and maybe a meat offering. Being a diabetic, there was almost nothing that I could eat. Lucky, that an Eat N Park is next door, but I found it better to go down two exits to the Bob Evans.
