Was having trouble with my Toyota machine and was surprised how quickly they were able to help me with it. Tom came out to my house, so convenient, and great that they offer this service. He was able to diagnose the issue, explaining everything he did, and get my machine running again. A day later, when I went to use the machine and had a problem with the needle not inserting properly, Tom even offered to come back on Labor Day to check this! There was no additional charge for his second visit. I feel grateful to have found someone who is very knowledgeable and personable and that I can depend on in the future. Tom gave me many tips, too, to help my machine run at its best. If you’re having trouble with your sewing machine don’t hesitate to call this company!

They text me for confirmation, made it simple to get scheduled and were super kind during the repair. Please call them for anything industrial or home machines. You wont be disappointed.
