5 stars isn't enough for Sew-N-Save! They are amazing!!! As a complete novice I've had an absolutely incredible experience there and I recommend them to anyone who is interested in sewing (even if you're a total newbie like me!). I asked the teacher of my beginner's sewing class for a recommendation of which sewing machine to buy. She told me to go to Sew-N-Save and have them help me, she said that she trusted them to help me find a machine that would suit my needs and would be in my budget. She was 100% right! So far I've worked with Nina who is one of the most generous, kind, knowledgeable people I've had the pleasure to meet. Nina was very patient and kind during the process of showing me the different machines and helping me decide which would be best. At no point have I ever felt pressured to buy anything from them which is a huge relief. I've only ever felt excited and happy to make purchases from them. Nina told me that I could have one-on-one instruction to learn how to use my new machine. When I told her I had my first sewing class the next day she showed me how to thread the machine and wind a bobbin before I left with it. She was so flexible and generous with her time and knowledge that first day and I felt confident and excited to go into my first sewing class. While I was there, I briefly met some other staff members as well as many customers (both regulars and new customers) and it was an all around warm, caring, positive environment to be in! The next week I came back for the complimentary one-on-one instruction that comes with the machine purchase. Nina met me in the store on her day off very early in the morning to fit my schedule. I had a million questions about the machine and she was super patient and kind answering all of them. I never felt stupid or rushed which I really really appreciate. I also had lots of questions about things I was totally lost about like words on the pattern I bought for class. Nina helped explain soo much to me and helped me pick out a new pattern (Sew-N-Save has the perfect beginners pattern for a woman's top!) and some supplies that I needed. Even though I took up so much of Nina's time she never made me feel rushed or stupid. She made me feel even more excited and more confident about my potential to learn how to sew! Nina and Sew-N-Save have already become such an important part of my learning-to-sew-journey and I feel very grateful for them and plan to be a customer forever! If you want to have a great experience, meet some wonderful people, feel good about supporting a small business, and gain motivation/excitement/confidence in sewing then Sew-N-Save is the place for you! Thank you for everything Nina and Sew-N-Save!!!

This is a smaller sewing machine sales/repair shop with HUGE hearts and listen to every persons wants and needs that walk through the door. So much more knowledge and helpfulness from this store than you will find at ANY larger store. They take a lot of pride in what they do and do it right. Staff there is top knotch and very helpful. Highly recommend this shop over any store!!!
