Well this motel looks nothing like the advertisement. I expected a very decent hotel and what I got was a terrible rundown Room where the air conditioner sounded like an airplane that was getting ready to takeoff. I was afraid that the cockroaches were going to come and get me a soon as I fell asleep. The towels were so dingy that I air dried. And there was mold in the shower, I just did not rest easy in this room. Needless to say I will never get a room at this particular motel six ever. I will say that the gentleman at the front desk was very helpful and very pleasant and gave great customer service that was the only thing that was great about this motel 6. We did not get in till extremely late so I’m assuming he works the third shift so thank you Mr. serve chef worker for being so kind and courteous.

Parking lot was full of potholes. Key cards stopped working after a few hours, had to get them reprogrammed. Air conditioner was not very cool. Not enough pillows.Only 2 in the room with 2 beds. Shower was dirty. Rotting wood, chipping paint and rusted metal on outside of motel I would not pay $1 or $100 to stay here ever again. Owner and employees do not take pride in the building or business. I DO Not RECOMMEND STAYING HERE! Even if it's the lowest price around! Some children houses are cleaner than here.

This motel saved my life in hard times but besides giving a roof over my head I never had any issues with the staff, they were always helpful and answered every question (literally) with no issues or attitudes. Anything I needed they would have no hesitation. It’s no luxury hotel but it definitely provides everything you need & your still comfortable at the end of the day… Shout out to the staff at the motel 6 in crafton , even with the customers that are rude you guys still handle it professionally. Thanks for all the help ❤️

Overall a very pleasant experience! The front desk girl kelly had a positive and friendly attitude with good customer service skills! All staff I met in the two days I stayed were helpful and nice. Room was super clean for how affordable it was. I would recommend to anyone you truly can’t beat the price and the experience was overall pretty good!
