Phenomenal service! We made a reservation for our 5 year anniversary, and they have awesome accomodations. We opted for the rose petal table and the four course meal. It was a bit of everything and it was all so delicious! If you get the four course take your time and only eat about half of the beginning courses so you have room for dessert! The server even brought us a happy anniversary dessert unprompted it was so sweet! I highly recommend booking with them!

Came here for our anniversary and I have to be honest, I was surprised at how busy this place was. For the price of everything offered on the menu, I truly feel that the experience isn't worth the price. We ordered the "Big night out" and it was $112. For that price, we got 4 tiny pieces of filet and salmon which were the more "expensive" if you will, on our plate, along with shrimp, 4 small pieces of chicken, and marinated steak medallions. I had to request 2 new pieces of salmon because when we went to put them on the skewer there were brown areas on them that were concerning. The waiter was kind enough and didn't give us a fuss about replacing them which I appreciated, so that was good for the customer service rating. It was quite loud and a bit difficult to have a romantic dinner with the commotion of all the buzz going on around the restaurant because they were so busy with birthday gatherings and large parties if I'm being honest. I didn't feel that what we got as far as portions were worth the price that we were charged but everything we had did taste good. We were ready to go after dinner and chose not to do the chocolate fondue so the waiter did give us a card that is supposed to be able to be used at a later date so that was a plus. Also, maybe I'm the exception here, but I guess I would prefer to spend my time and money somewhere quiet and a bit more relaxing and where I don't have to prepare and cook my food. Overall, I guess this is more of an experience for people who choose to come here, which if that's what you want, then this would be the place to come, but for me, I wasn't that impressed for the cost.

Love the concept soup, cheese fondue, salad, entree (that you have to cook and three way/ options) and chocolate to top it off. Overall the food was good but nothing super delicious. The experience was awesome..my favorite was the soup and the entree. Great for a date night and yea the drinks are not bad although not included in the price.

This is an amazing experience, you really must try it the atmosphere is great. The food is delicious, and the dessert is outstanding. This was our first time Eating here and it didn't disappoint us in any way. Our server was a big help explaining everything on the menu. He was on top of everything. So if you haven't experienced this establishment I recommend you give it a try. And if you have tried it go back again.

Absolutely! If you or your boyfriend have never had fondue for a 3 course, he and you will always remember this birthday.
When we went there we parked in a paid parking lot that was maybe a block away from the melting pot.
Ive gone with reservations and without. If its a busier night i would recommend calling for a reservations.
I saw door handles being wiped down while I was there. My seat gave me a little peek into the kitchen entrance, and I saw staff disinfecting doors and handles in there, too. The tables allowed for distancing from others, and people were wearing masks when walking around. And obviously wait staff were wearing masks as well.
You get the dipping things AND the dip. My wife and I had the cheese one and it came with the cheese (that you can reheat in the microwave) and the dips. The chocolate fondue came with the chocolate and the dippings. The only thing that was missing was the cut bananas. My guess is that it's because of them turning brown quickly after being sliced. Anyway, we would recommend it. It's not the same atmosphere as in the restaurant but the food is still good!
Yes. They do I believe on their menu it says gluten-free
Yes like stated the cheese options as well as the desert options dont offer a dairy free/vegan option. The entrees themselves are dairy free depending on the choice you make
There is the full spectrum from folks in full business attire and down to folks in jeans and sneakers. Wear what makes you feel comfortable as it takes almost two hours if you opt for the full four course experience.
There is a link right of their website that says "gift cards and shop." just click on that to order one online.
