I came to this office two weeks ago and was prescribed two types of medication. When I went to the pharmacy to pick them up, only one medication was there. Seems that one of them was never submitted for pick up, and I’ve been calling this office for two weeks trying to get ahold of someone and no one will return my calls. I’ve left two voicemails etc and get radio silence in return. I went in for a problem, and still have this problem because I don’t have the medication I need to fix it.
