My physical therapy is multifaceted given I have MS. There are days I am very tight, days I have spasticity, and days the I am physically exhausted. She has this unbelievable talent to hone in on my issues and find a way to relax and engage the muscle groups. She took the time to make my bathroom safe, assemble equipment so that I can safely get into bed....and to show me how to use it (I thought it was made for a very short person and I was going to return it). We both laughed at my knowledge deficit....

Corinna Lau is absolutely amazing. She is incredibly knowledgable, supportive, understanding, and communicative. Corinna taught me important PT skills that transformed my physical wellbeing, empowered me to recover, and helped me achieve my goals! I am immensely thankful for her kindness and perspective at the points in time when I was really really down and frustrated. Time and time again she met me where I was at, pointed out the strengths that I couldn't see, and helped me move forward. She exemplifies patient-centered care and she is an amazing advocate for women's health. Anybody would be lucky to have her on their team!

Dr. Corinna is amazing! She helped me with prolapse after I gave birth to my second son and I feel so much better. She helped me learn about how my body works and gave me exercises to rehab my entire pelvic floor. She also taught me functional moves to use in everyday life to protect myself from injury again. I’d definitely recommend her!

Dr. Lau has helped me greatly in dealing with a long time back problem stemming from herniated discs. After a session in which I had a very hard time walking in, she had me feeling great with several follow up exercises and stretches that have strengthened my problem areas. Her diagnostic ability is excellent. I have been to several Physical Therapists over the years with my back issue and she is the only one that has kept me pain free.

Yes! Everyone has her own timeline and healing process. I can definitely tailor a rehab program to your ‘back to running’ needs. If you are having symptoms while running or not, it’s always important to rehab before running postpartum! I’d be more than happy to help
