After standing by the sign which says "wait here for next available attendant" for 5 minutes (while one employee appeared to be counting money, and another employee processed first one, and then another customer, neither of whom were in line), I was more than a little surprised after BOTH employees were positively SURLY, claiming that they had twice offered to help me. I AM IN THE LINE, I DON'T DESIGN THE LAYOUT OF THE BUILDING. I AM WAITING RIGHT WHERE IT SAYS TO WAIT......AND YOU ACT LIKE I'M AN IRRITANT.

i was doing passport here today, the post officer are very nice & kind ~ and not too many people wait in line, he was almost felt because of the of the scan machine , but he still very nicely finished my application. i really appreciate ~ fast & very organize post office !
