Many of the complaints about Drive would be solved if only Drive allowed distributors to take care of their customers. But they have an upside down pricing regime. Drive sells its goods super cheap to Amazon (at half of the price offered to distributors). Distributors cannot compete and are unable to take care of customer issues and complaints.
