His service was lovely and everything was done with care and the utmost consideration. Horrible telephone service. i just called to see if They had any availability and the gentleman on the phone tells me we are booked today and cannot accept any new families and hangs up before I even asked a follow up question. I understand that everyone is going crazy due to Covid-19, but don't be a jerk about it. most of us are understanding the everyone's situations.
