This apartment complex is truly wonderful, leasing office staff are amazing and will work with you in a time of need. If I didn't have to change address for work I'd probably still be there to this day. I cannot give them enough props

I had to move, rather unexpectedly and rushed, and I was looking for areas close to my work on major trucking routes. As an OTR (Over the Road/Long Haul) driver, who by definition was never in town, trying to find a place in this manner was a total nightmare. I had narrowed it down to two different apartment complexes as close to my home terminal as possible. I had settled on Chesapeake Landing and another in the immediate vicinity. After explaining what I did for a living, the Property Manager and Leasing Agents at Chesapeake were more than accommodating. They went above and beyond to help me view the apartment remotely, answered any and all questions I had, and did their very best to accommodate my wonky schedule. I explained to the other Property Manager the same, but...they were quite unyielding. I've been at this property for nearly 3 months now. This crew is a Godsend. They sign for and keep my packages for me until I can collect them. The Property Manager makes herself available to me as often as she can. The Leasing Agents are always willing to help. If you're looking for a place and undecided, I highly recommend making the phone call and scheduling a tour with this stellar crew. Judging by the dates on the reviews, I'd say that the Management Company brought in better talent. The care and personal touch this new staff extends to their tenants has been nothing short of amazing. It was because of this that I chose this property and I've not been even remotely regretful.

I will give zero stars if I could. Management will be super nice and welcoming when they know you’re interested in living in their apartments but soon you’ll be treated poorly as an object once they start losing their money. What utilities do the tenant pay?

Annette, Residents pay a discounted utility package that includes their internet, cable, trash, water and sewer. The package is a base rate of $77.98 per month before water - which is based on your individual usage. (Usually an extra $15-40 per month depending on how many people live in the unit). The property has no gas, so other than that residents pay for electric. Thank You!
