I always enjoyed going to Chipotle and there food is very good but today I was very turned off and disappointed with what I seen while I placed my order. Now first of all I do understand that things can get very busy at this restaurant as well as other. But cleanliness is always tops on my list especially with all that's going on in this world with viruses. Theirs a little short Older Mexican Lady who works there and today she kept cleaning the counter with her hands and never changed her gloves and bent down to pick something off the floor and went back to fixing people orders without changing her gloves or washing her hands . You can call me petty but I don't want you cleaning with your hands and then going back to fixing food with now the dirty gloves.

Ordering through the app, is very convenient. However, I have yet to had my order when promised and has never been completely accurate. Today I waited 30 mins AFTER the estimated time. It seems like the times could be updated to reflect actual times.

The food is always good but this Chipotle gets 3 stars because of the absurd issues I always have with them. If you order online and the pickup time says like "6:30" PM. Be prepared for your food to not be ready until 7 or later. Almost everytime I order online (which is my default method of ordering due to how easy it is) but EVERYTIME the order is ready way past the pick up time. It's frustrating and if it happened once it wouldn't be a big deal but it happens literally everytime I order. The staff is friendly but the long wait just kills my desire to eat here. You can go 2 stores down to the sushi buffet sit down and eat a full meal with before you even get to the front of the line if you just order at the store. Good food but typically only order it if I really want it and I am willing to wait

Inspite if the covid restrictions, the team has done a good job in still serving the public with good customer service.
