Cozy little store that carries some good Japanese essentials. Whenever I need some ingredients in a jiffy, this is the place I go to. They also have a ramen place inside with good selection of warm foods.

They may have dry tapioca, but not sure what you mean by bubble tea powder.

Does anyone know if Fuji Mart is still open right now? Would love to get some things as I'm close by, but their phone line seems to be out of service.
