Worked with Daniel (a rock star!) to replace a phone during a stressful medical situation. Friendly, FAST, knowledgeable, patient with us. Five stars for Daniel! However, Clayton (the manager) showed himself to be uninterested in providing even a basic level of human service for us- unfortunate behavior for someone in leadership. If not for Daniel we would’ve walked out and gone to a different carrier altogether. Thank you Daniel! Your kindness will be remembered.

They need to have people who have some knowledge of any questions you have. They also had no brochures you could read. I needed questions answered & that didn't happen. Won't go back.
