Our room was ok. No continental breakfast provided, a breakfast in a bag instead. However, they never told us you had to ask for it- they were kept in a back room. So for 2 days we got nothing! Pool is still advertised, but it’s not open- they should fix it or update the website- very misleading especially for those with kids. They screwed up some of the rooms and gave my aunt and uncle’s handicap room to someone else. So when my aunt & uncle arrived, they had NO ROOM. They had to go to my sister’s room to get ready for the wedding and you guessed it, her room is NOT handicap accessible so my aunts wheelchair didn’t fit in the bathroom! The hotel, at 11pm, then had the couple in the handicap room move out to another room (how confusing and ineptly run this place is). They weren’t even there, another relative had to move their stuff! We were all there for an out of town wedding so this hotel had an opportunity to show off their professionalism and courteous service . This would be a really nice hotel if the staff were trained better and the owners took some pride.

Had a reservation and confirmation number for a nearby family wedding. They somehow lost many of our family's reservations. When we found out, we all tried to remake reservations but they were not helpful and downright rude. If you call for anything and get Rhonda, just hang up and call back later. It's not worth dealing with her nasty attitude. Glad I'm never coming back here again.

We booked this hotel online and it said it had a pool. We specifically chose this hotel because of that. When we arrived, they did have a pool, however it was closed. There was no mention of that while booking online. The lady at the desk said we should always call to book. Then why have online booking available? We were going to stay 3 nights but only stayed 1 because of this and only because it was late and we didn't want to try and find another place to stay. The rooms were much in need of remodeling. The bedding was very lacking. Only a sheet to cover the nasty mattress and a comforter to cover with. No sheet to cover with. I highly doubt they change the duvet covers. The shower was not clean, no one has taken the time to remove the grime from the bottom of the tub. Oh, and if you're expecting breakfast, good luck! You could have a "to-go" bag of a muffin or something small. Needless to say, we will not be back. This place is desperately in need of a complete overhaul! Stay away!

I'm personally giving this a 3 star not because of the hotel(hotel was very clean and comfortable) but solely on the bar tender in the pub. We came(14ppl) for a after wedding party since some of us were staying at the hotel itself. The bartender was very rude, very inexperienced and all around was not pleasant or welcoming. We played the jukebox that she continually complained about and kept turning down despite our party being the only patrons at the time. We have been to the pub previously with other bar tenders and never had this problem.
