Worst costumer service. I understand that each place has its own policies regarding to COVID. But this place is ridiculous. They won’t even let you sit down inside, they keep you waiting outside waiting for them to call you to get Covid tested before they actually see you and trust me the waiting time it is horrible, they don’t care if it is hot outside. On top of that they are really rude.

See that 1 star, take it away. Even then a zero is too generous. Got almost up to reception and turned around and left when we saw how they treated others in front of us. They were uncalled for rude, crude, and totally nasty to everyone. If they hate their job so much they should quit. Better yet they should be fired. We will never ever attempt to use this urgent care facility again. Word of advise, do use the Little Neck facility. We wound up going there and everyone was outstanding.

If I could give a zero star that would be generous. Rude, condescending receptionist. It never seems like there’s enough staff. Was told to find telehealth services for covid symptoms . I didn’t realize that telehealth can swab your nose through the screen. If you want good urgent care I recommend City MD in Fresh Meadows. It’s clean , plenty of rooms , staff were all nice.
