Honestly if you're not feeling well and you'd like to waste some time and get poor service, this is the place to go. Took my mother this evening, first nobody even greats when you come in, the doctor enters the room with no chart nor any Intel on the patient. To top it off the tech or nurse that came in a male, had the badge of his other job of another Healthcare facility where he is radiology tech. that's not even affliated with Northwell. The staff didn't do any testing of Urine, blood didn't even talk to her in regards to my mother's high blood pressure something they know about since it's in her chart as she has been to this location before. Overall bad experience wouldn't take my mother there again.

My daughter and I were seen at this urgent care for a covid test and the nurse Maria Soto was very attentive and concerned with our symptoms…When she attended to me she kindly ask if its ok to speak freely in front of my daughter regarding my ailments…That was really nice of her to be concerned. All necessary precautions were taken to give me the best care by nurse Maria and Doctor. Thank you 😊

My experience was just so pleasant I especially have to say that Maria in the front desk she was so caring very helpful and so patient with me she really went over and beyond with her truly cares about her the kids and family members who’s sick and needs a helping hand may God bless her she is one Truly angle thanks so much to the both of them.Dr Mathew procaccini was the best doctor my kids and myself saw him for the first time Dr. Mathew Proccaini is such an amazing person and so helpful and very nice doctor he was very informative very pleasant to be around extremely informative and helpful with all our check ups ans testing and treatments.he’s was a pleasant and helpful honesty Dr.Mathew Procaccini been the best doctor that has seen my kids and myself in along time experience was so satisfied with all experience all the staff that day was amazing nice and caring will always come back for all my urgent care needs for me and my family.
