I have called to inquire if I bring my child with sour throat complained and a physical for his school, I was advised that surely bring him in. Well upon our arrival not only they didn't complete an appropriate check up, but they lied about the physical for his school. They ended up taking unnecessary covid 19 test that just wasted states budget, simply because the tests that school provides twice a week was negative, hours before our visit. All morning I was calling the main number and lines were eother busy or line disconected.. being that I am in the medical development & compliance filed of knowledge, it is obvious that due to unnecessary medical procedures which aren't supported by any medical necessities and office manipulations who confirm appointments for a specific complaint that isn't an option once you are inside the urgent care. Another words 30% of their incoming calls are timely and unnecessary and paralyzes their phone lines

I came to this urgent care feeling the worst I’ve felt in years. While I was waiting to be seen, they let an HBO show fill up the waiting room to film. Completely unprofessional. Maybe if this was a bagel shop, I’d be more forgiving, but the waiting room had a few sick people they had to move around. Feel free to visit this location if you want TV valued over your health.

I was able to walk right in and take the test. Was around noon time during the week and waited only 5 minutes to take the test. Got the results the next day by email.
I had my physical card with me and don't have the Excelsior Pass Plus. I would go beck there with any paperwork you may have and ask one of the receptionist to help you research to find out what's going on.
I saw many were standing in line for vaccination on the day I went for covid test.. I guess an appointment was necessary..
