have extremely intense pain that radiates on the entire left side of my jaw for a week, went in thinking they can help me clarify what the issue is or at least give me some meds to help with the pain temporarily, paid $50 copay, waited an whole hour and DR. RICHARD LIU only spoke to me for 2 minutes, he inspected my jaw and told me its not fractured and the only solution is to go see a dentist, like really? I know its not fractured, i know its not a dental issue, because i know how a cracked tooth, cavity, wisdom tooth and root canal feels like, if it was regular pain you think i'll be going into urgent care? this guy was completely useless, google was more helpful than him, even the receptionist and nurses were more helpful than him, complete waste of money and time

I took my 4Y/O nephew here right after he was bit by my dog, they refused to see him because they can’t do a rabies shot yet a year ago this same location treated me for a dog bite. (My dog is up to date on shots) One of the receptionists that works here is very unprofessional towards patients, her name is Miranda. I know this because I worked with her at Dr Lasheens office, she always had complaints on her from patients because she yells at them on the phone, she would get high on weed , percs & Xanax while working and would ask me almost every day to borrow money. I’m at the ER now and the doctor says he doesn’t even need a rabies shot since my dog is up to date on her shots.

They charge 225$ just to give a rapid test and give Tylenol if you positive and they send you home to quarantine what a robbery when the city is doing the same for free don't go there if you don't have medical insurance
