My cousin was in this facility. Terrible facility. Dont let your loved ones go here. They dont watch their clients. My cousin should of been monitored and staff members were sleep. No supervision. Who knows how many other clients is being neglected. These are money hungry scoundrels that dont care.

Unions at that location are CSEA, PEF & NYSCOPBA
The b8 and the 13 go straight there. You can take the 84 and walk 2 blocks or wait for the 8 or 13. You can take the 83 and walk two blocks.
Yes it's still open i would recommend you go and speak to the security who will direct you to the right person or department
