Horrible experience and waste of money. Dr. Jackson is a pompous, arrogant, rude human being. He’s also somewhat weird (I’ll leave it at that). Rather than going back, I found another dermatologist for my daughter. I seriously doubt the authenticity of those that deny his arrogance. Find someone else to treat you skin.

I just had a visit at this office and it was a wonderful experience. It is so difficult to find a dermatologist that takes my insurance. This doctor addressed all of my concerns and even gave me options for how to get my prescriptions. Yes he uses a pharmacy nearby that will get your prescriptions correct. I actually appreciate that! My usual pharmacy takes forever to get my scripts ready and the line to even ask a question is ridiculous. Thank God for a dermatologist who, not only knows his stuff, but is willing to be straight forward about your treatment and provides a way for you to get the meds that you actually need. Keep up the great work Dr. Jackson!

I have to concur with others that this visit was an odd experience. The nurses weren't rude but not very friendly; more robotic than anything. Dr. Jackson did seem arrogant but personable and very knowledgeable. He stated my diagnosis, reasons and prescription /OTC product needs to the nurses, as well as a better technique to care for my skin. Though I waited over an hour past my appointment time to see him, he was in and out in about 15 minutes but I felt I got mostly what I came for and some much needed helpful information. After he left, I told the nurses that I wanted the prescriptions sent to a specific pharmacy but she said the doctor preferred the local one. I told her that if that was my only option, I didn't want them and would seek other alternatives. I later received a call from the nurse telling me that my prescription was sent to the local pharmacy, even though I told her TWICE I didn't want that. She said it was the doctor's decision and his rationale for ignoring my request was that one of the prescriptions was very expensive at my pharmacy but at the local one it was cheaper. I asked her to cancel the order, went to Walgreens and purchased over the counter options based on the diagnosis. Even found one of the recommended OTC products at Marshall's! Though I found the wait time way too long and didn't like their ignoring my pharmacy request (they could have called me to ask if price was a problem - it wasn't), Dr. Jackson got me the answers I needed but I won't be back.

Doctor Jackson helped me tremendously with my skin care. Good guy and good conversation and direction. I highly recommend him.
