Our organization only works in postconviction cases in Florida. Unfortunately records expungement this is not our area of expertise and we cannot provide any guidance in this area. We can only recommend you reach out to the Florida Bar's Attorney Referral Service if the conviction is in FL and see if they can better connect you with someone who has experience in this area - https://lrs.floridabar.org/. If the conviction is not in Florida we are also part of a group of independent innocence organizations that together form the innocence network. Visit innocencenetwork.org/members and find the organization that serves your area and see if that organization has resources for records expungement.
