Good morning, yes we do accept Health First with no referrals.

Does the glasses that you sell come with a warranty as well? if so what is the policy like? so in case my kids glasses gets broken and the handle gets lost. . will it still be cover under warranty?

Hi Mike, Most of the Frames we sell comes with a manufactures defect warrentee (subject to each individual brands policy's) however if a part gets lost it won't be covered under a manufactures defect. Feel free to call us with any additional questions

Does this optical place accept Fidelis Care and Medicaid? Also Do I need to make an appointment to see the doctor? Also Do I need a referral from my PCP?
