Very noisy property with poor service and stuff. There is a big laundry at the first floor which is run even during the night and it will ruin your sleep. If you want a comfortable stay and night in particular - avoid that hotel.

Hotel staff told my company travel agency that they agreed to cancel my reservation (due to weather) and then proceeded to charge me for the room stating that I was a no show. Cancellation was done well within the stated cancellation policy. These people do not keep their word! Stay elsewhere. As stated, cancellation was within your 24hr policy. Please just refund my companies $157

Breakfast. Was amazing. A huge spread of options Room needed a better cleaning. Saw a vodka bottle by the window various items left by previous guests under tV table Room smelled of feces avoid rooms close to parking lot exit door on first floor. North side of building . Guests were coming and going out of that exit door most of the night and door would slam and shake walls each time someone came through it ear plugs for sleep if you are close to this exit

My room smelled badly,.. told the guy at the lobby desk,.. he said, “I’ll make a note of that”, not the response to give if you want return business. The people we were with walk into our room and asked what was that smell? Their room smelled normal, no issues. The room looked very clean, so I have no idea what the issue is. But at least they “made a note of it”. Personal, I will try the Best Western next time.
