It was clean if shabby. Water pressure was good. Door was hard to open to the room. Would stay here again.

People were fighting outside when I went to check in. Carpet dirty around the edge of the wall like the vacuum can't get it so they don't clean it. There was no room service available despite there being a pamphlet there telling you to download the app and how to order but when you do there are no options for ordering.

This stay was very pleasant compared to our last stay over a year ago. You can see the improvements they have made. My husband and I enjoyed our room, the room smelled clean, mattress was soft and the pillows plushy were nice. Towels are standard but no stains. They even gave us a few extras. The smoking bins are away from the door so cigarette smoke doesn’t creep it’s way and stink up the hallway. They also enforce a ‘Quiet Time Policy’, and it was quiet. A little noisy from some kids but staff is very quick to address complaints. But we slept fine. They still serve a free breakfast. Nothing extraordinaire but they had a decent selection of breakfast pastries and muffins. The girl who checked us in was very polite and offered to help us lift some heavy bags up the stairs. And the girl who checked out was also very polite and helpful to us. Thank you, keep up the good work.

The receptionist was very nice and friendly. But I couldn't sleep as the bed was so hard, it was hot out and the air conditioner was placed so high on the wall I couldn't reach it and I'm 5'8". The hair dryer didn't work, nor did the exhaust fan. There was no mirror in the room, only in the bath room. Bath tub very small.
