I normally donβt feel the need to write reviews however , when paying 240 dollars for one night I expect a little bit better, we were given a room that wasnβt even attached to the hotel, the rooms were extremely outdated, the knob to our room was continuously getting stuck and would not open without extreme force. On top of all of this, the milk at our breakfast was curdled, we are adults so we noticed this, however had a child poured a bowl of cereal and consumed bad milk, they would have gotten sick. Iβve stayed in my fair share of hotels and I feel that 200+ for one night is far too much for the experience we had. And we were told by front desk at check in that they have issues with cars getting stolen out of their parking lot !!! Like what a great way to let people relax.

Worst treatment ever at a hotel, non-existent customer service. Booked jacuzzi room 2 months prior for 3 nights. There is no jacuzzi. The front desk gal was rude & said they didn't have jacuzzi tubs anymore & no manager available. Called Best Western guest relations, but they could not help with this. It was escalated & they were going to call the owner/manager. Spent the night & next morning tried to talk with manager. Tried to show them photo of jacuzzi room on their website, but they implied we were lying about it. Rather than being willing to discuss the issue, or treat us respectfully, they told us to leave. They proceeded to forcibly check us out and called the cops. The cops arrived as we left. The management of this hotel had the opportunity to go above and beyond and actually satisfy a guest. Instead they choose to do the exact opposite.

Came here for a business trip. Service is great. No issues there. My issue is with how thin the walls are. I hear literally everything happening outside my room. Also woke up to bug bites on my arm; not cool. It was very hard to fall asleep without ear plugs. If you plan to visit Prineville Best Western, bring noise canceling headphones you can sleep with π

Could use updating, rooms were fine, clean, coffee maker in room and free breakfast. Lobby decor was awesome. Biggest complaint is noise, you can hear showers and toilets flushing from other rooms. We didn't bring pets but typically do and they aren't allowed here.

I'm not sure but 2 blocks down is the Country Inn and they are dog friendly with all the same amenities.
