UPDATE: Valley Stream Rx is misrepresenting itself as Valley Stream Pharmacy on their website, Facebook, and Google information. When using GPS, please use the address and not the name to avoid the same mistake I made. When I put in “Valley Stream Pharmacy” in my GPS, it took me to Valley Stream Rx, also on Rockaway Avenue, only a few blocks away. The owner of THE REAL Valley Stream Pharmacy was kind enough to reach out to me and explain that this has been a common problem since this other business opened so close to his and has used a similar name and colors for their branding. Made an appointment for the vaccine, left work early and fought through rush hour traffic to get there on time, only to find a sign on the door saying that they were closed. Called the number on the sign and the guy I spoke to said they didn’t even have any vaccines in stock… so why was I able to make an appointment and why didn’t they reach out to me earlier instead of making me waste a trip?!

i did a PCR covid test for school on tuesday. i was told i would receive my results 48 hours later. it is now friday. i have not heard from this company since. i paid $105 for this test.

Our first vaccine shipment was allocated to our pharmacy customers and to some of whoever reserved a spot earlier. We are working on placing a second order, but we are not yet sure when will it be available . The best way is to reserve a spot on our website, because when we have the vaccine, it has to be given quickly in one week. Make sure to fill out all the required information on our appointment page and to also fill out the New York State COVID-19 Vaccine Form by clicking on the link below New York State COVID-19 Vaccine Form You will need this form when you come to receive your vaccine.
