The absolute worst experience for my father! He was in rehab to get strong after a total knee replacement and we had heard so many wonderful things about Orzac, it was the complete opposite. When asking for ice we were told the ice machine was broken and someone would have to go to another floor to get the ice, ok so go get it! Pain management was horrible. If a family member wasn’t with him during the visiting hours he wouldn’t have gotten anything he needed. The pt was a joke! After 3 days we told them we were taking him home and then suddenly once they knew that, people started to do their job…it was a little too late! These are just a few examples of how horrible it was! Stay away from Orzac!!!

The Centre for Rehabilitation is good. The creature comforts are awful. I had a Total knee Replacement is (so far so good.) The rehab services are Just OK. The food services are awful. The Pain controls are very bad. Communications between patients and Doctors and Nurses is absolutely awful. Their in house doctors are arrogant. They see me for 5 minutes and think they know more about my cases then my doctors that I've been seeing for over 20 years. My 2nd total knee Replacement rehab, will definitely be elsewhere. So far none of the therapists have NEVER dealt with Total Knee Replacements. Yes, I asked them. Their knowledge of medications is non existent. They mix orthopedic patients with hospice and all other types of patients. One nurse complained to me that they "DUMP!" all kind of patients together. GET YOUR ORTHOPEDIC REHAB SERVICES ELSEWHERE!!

Nurses seem nice, security guard is a champion, the menu of food is extensive and fancy, and no problem talking to the staff. No grumpy angry staff always a plus.
