nice parking garage just leave valuables at home instead of your car

The parking garage seems safe but it's difficult to get out of since you are at the street level. There are alot of people all over that seem to gather and try to intimidate people in this city. Trying to pull out of a garage had us worried we were going to have our car damaged. Avoid this area until the police are able to patrol again.

One of the 2 elevators has been out of order for over a month and today (4/26/19) the other elevator was out of order as well. The handicap parking is the spots next to the elevator. So I’m assuming that handicap individuals were unable to use the elevator I was unable to get to my vehicle via the elevator I ended up walking up to the 8th floor via the stairs
