Great place

I'm a newer resident here, I have a studio apartment, with a large balcony and I have lived here for 3 months. The Management and Maintenance staff take excellent care of the inside and outside of this complex. The majority of the residents are seniors and they do have some activities for us, there will be more when the covid restrictions are completely lifted. Very nice and clean laundry facilities. There is public transportation right out front. We do have a 24/7 security person and all visitors are signed in and out, at the front desk, and must have identification. The neighborhood is so-so, I wouldn't walk around during nighttime, but Daytime is pleasant and there are stores and restaurants near by within walking distance. All in all, I'm happy to live here. Feels like home. There is a long wait to get in here, you have to apply at the Jacksonville housing authority and get on the waiting list. My wait was almost a year and a half.

That place should be permanent close down forever diaster and crazy place. It's very dangerous and violent place to live I absolutely do not recommend.
Income based. They usually only take senior citizens and disabled people. Utilities are included, except for cable. You pay cable through Xfinity/Comcast.
How much is the rent and do they go according to your income
