Starrette Podiatry has problems . They gather your insurance information , tell you that whatever they give including prescriptions its covered by your insurance and then still send you a bill a month later. I’m positive I ask and told the Dr do make sure my insurance covered whatever she’s prescribing and she confirmed. Their front desk worker ( Hispanic ) management who is very disrespectful and unprofessional. I explained to her what the issue was but of course wrong and be strong. She got upset and hung up on me because she called me sweet heart and I told her I’m not my sweet heart. Persons like her need to work in their own demographics. Starrette Podiatry will tell you that your insurance covers everything no problem and then bill you amount later this is the second time this is happened to me and this is a reason I am making it public. it’s an acceptable.. You Get No stars if I could help it. This is the Harlem Office on Fredrick Douglas Blvd
