Fast service and they made my walnut shrimp fresh. Pretty tasty as usual too!

Gotta say, this was one of the most pleasant experiences I've had at a Panda Express. We showed up like 40 minutes before closing, there we people in fron of us, and not a lot of food left. Several more shoed up while we were there. The kind staff patiently took everyone's order and made sure everybody got what they needed. Other locations have refused to cook more that close to closing.

We go pretty often. Was disappointing tonight for take out the store at 5pm was out of 50% or more of the dishes. When I asked to get one dish that only had a half portion and mix with another main they said they couldn’t do but would rather give to another customer waiting for a smaller size. Was ridiculous experience and frustrating they couldn’t find a solution despite the fact they were behind on the process. Add to it items they said they had available we ordered only to have to wait. Experience tonight was frustrating enough that I won’t be coming back again.

Just picked up two Doordash orders right now. What I saw was absolutely disgusting. I informed doordash and my two customers that the employee was picking his teeth or playing with his retainer when I arrived. Idk if he was eating, putting retainer in mouth, or whatever. All I know is that he was doing it with blue gloves on and mask down. As soon as he saw me walk inside he pulled his fingers out of his mouth and yanked his mask back up. A white male with name tag that said Alex I believe. I was mildly disgusted when he handed me the first customers delivery order with same gloves hand that was in his mouth. What was truly disgusting and makes me gag was that he proceeded to prepare my second delivery order with the same gloved hands that were in his mouth🤮. No glove change. No hand washing. These kids don’t know basic food handling laws and I fear for customers that order online and don’t see this happen to the food they eat.
