Damien provided top tier service! He arrived quickly and immediately set about stopping the leak. He was also able to point out serious flaws in the water system that were missed during the initial home inspections. You would truly be hard pressed to find a friendlier or more knowledgeable repair person.

We had a pretty major clog situation that was affecting almost all of the plumbing in the house. I called early in the morning and Rotorooter was quick to schedule with us and James was at the house within a couple of hours (If you've tried to schedule a plumber lately, you'll understand why that is impressive!) James was AWESOME. He was friendly and his experience was evident. I really appreciated that he thought critically about the job (which was complicated given our sewer line configuration) was willing to communicate and problem solve with me, and was very persistent at attacking the problem. After applying a LOT of elbow grease he got the line cleared and gave me a lot of helpful advice on how to keep things running more smoothly in the future. If you are in the west Bay Area absolutely ask for James. Sure, Rotorooter isn't gonna be cheap (they have flat rate fees set by the company)...you are paying for the quick emergency service after all...but I didn't feel like he was needlessly upselling me and it was worth the cost to have the problem resolved quickly.

The two men from Roto-Rooter showed up promptly, gave me an estimate before doing the work, and were totally courteous and professional. They cleared the drain between the house and the main sewer and told me the issue was that someone was putting wet wipes down the toilet. It couldn't have gone more smoothly.
