We have been here for years don't really complain but what I do have a problem with is the dirty neighbors and all these dogs that's using the bathroom ever where trash being left on the porch not balcony 10 people too one apartment taking up all the parking spots spider webs every where the office not doing anything Ms Veal didn't play it's bad that the good have too suffer with the bad ohh bathroom ceiling leaks when it rains so called fixed etx....

All they want is money. Property managers have the roles reversed. All they do is patch up to rent fast. Just like tenants have stipulations. We need to get together and start protesting about the slum conditions that they are scamming us for. MOST ppl in real estate are crooks AND SCAMMERS. THEY KNOW THAT MESS IS NOT WORTH THE MONEY THEY ARE GETTING. And they have the nerve to act important. PURE GREED. I'm not stopping until they fix it up correctly or close it down. They aren't even clear on the address. Two complexes have the same address and the delivery drivers will Leave your packages anywhere. They want you to pay a pet fee for your pets but you are forced to live with their pets that have taken over (roaches big and small in extremely large numbers). Code enforcement needs to step in to see what these so called important ppl aren't doing..

I've been here for years and although it's been rocky, we FINALLY have new management that actually cares about their tenants. New management hops right on the job whenever you have an issue or complaint...it's usually fixed that day! GREAT 👍🏾 MAINTENANCE STAFF AND OFFICE HELP!!! Keep up the great work!!!

The reason for the sudden change of heart is simply because this new management team has positively shifted things around with in the first week of taking over this property. See before, I wasn't aware of this new transitioning of property owners. What a big difference it's been in the office, maintenance, garbage management, etc.. anytime I stopped by the office for whatever reason, I'm always greeted by Ms. veal and her contagious smile and depending on the type of visit Ms. veal is sure to follow up with me otp just to make sure everything was taken care of. In closing, I just want to thank you all for your hard work and professionalism.
