Had a great experience when my air conditioner went out (in July!). The staff (Nicole, Natasha and the maintenance department)were very understanding of my frustration and did everything they could to ensure that I was given a new unit as soon as they could, which was within a week! I've lived here since 2010 and renewed my lease again.

The property has went through some changes for the 2yrs I have been here . We have requested several maintenance issues that they come look at but never fix.i.e refinishing the tub in bathrooms ,changing of filters,carpet. They're more concerned with remodeling unoccupied units than taking care of tenants that are here an paying increased rent (2x) this as of now. Read your lease. This has been the worst the moving experience of my life. The list is too long to put on here. Roach infestation! Inoperable bath rooms. 1 working smoke detector in entire 3 bedroom apt. Filthy, Nasty! more.....

You make your own choices but if I knew what I know now, I would continue the search if you don't want your experience to turn out bad and to answer your question I don't know
