Started off good with the tour and help from the leasing agent on 9/17 but slowly went downhill after that. Was rushed into making a decision and paying the admin fee with a guaranteed move in date before 10/15 but I stopped hearing from the leasing agent and come to find out the unit wasn’t even hers to show or try to make commission off of. I was finally in contact with the property manager who gave me a move in date of 10/20 but I never received a welcome letter like I was told. When I tried to call the office I wasn’t able to get in contact with anyone or get my calls returned. When I finally got in contact with them today I was told by someone not sure of the name I was told that I didn’t have a scheduled move in date for the 20th. There is a lack of communication in this office and nobody is being held accountable and this needs to be fixed.

5 years of being here and just horrible.. Air haven't been fixed going on 5 months, mold mildew, dishwasher don't work just so much more. No need to complain nothing is gonna get done. But yet rent is due on time..
