Yes. Swimming lessons, physical therapy, swim class for puppy weight loss and just swimming for fun.
They don't. That would be really neat but they don't. There is a gradual ledge where your dog can walk into the water as well as a ledge about 4ft long on the other side. They would work with your dog in the water letting them kick naturally as well as helping with the occasional massage.
