The Pharmacy technician Dina of Costco Winter Park Orlando, Florida was rudely to me . Calling to verify if the refill of my prescription was ready because on December 29, 2021 they was ran off of the medicine provided just partial of prescription. She indicates to came Tuesday next week I called to check status by phone . I was polite explained everything but she couldn’t understand that they didn’t dispatch completely but she indicates they did . Explained over and over the drama and the soap opera the pharmacy technician created in seconds she hang up after screaming. Unbelievable. What’s stress beginning the New Year she needs to go to kindergarten for learn social skills and good etiquette phone. I would not do business with this pharmacy no more.

Well, this is a hard one. Costco pharmacy is a great place for your pharmaceutical needs, but two certain employees have had me in tears over having to fill a prescription early in the past. I was treated like a drug seeker and talked to in a very stern, condescending manner. Other than that, everyone else is totally pleasant and explains everything in a courteous professional manner. Everything is done in a caring timely fashion and thoroughly explained. As well as great pricing in comparison. I don't want to give them less stars for a few mean ones but I can't imagine anyone else having to go through what I experienced. Hopefully it was addressed and that won't happen.
