Poor Customer Service and Communication. The only person that was courteous was a young man named Ian. I had my truck towed in for a diagnostic after recently having an oil change done in January at Bluff City Land Rover in Memphis, Tennessee. Never had a problem with Land Rover until it was touched in Georgia. $12,000 worth of repair work for a truck that was just purchased in October 2021 and the only explanation I was provided with was that the dealership I bought the truck from “sold me a bad truck.” Chronic Nissan put me in a BEAUTIFUL 2018 Infiniti QX60 and used the Range Rover as a trade in, even after it was sabotaged. When we picked the truck up, there were beer cans, cigar wrappers, and, beer actually spilled in the front seat, like someone had been living in truck. Never again. Thanks, but, NO THANKS!

On 10/14, I accompanied my brother to the dealership, to look at a few vehicles. He decided on a Certified Pre Owned Land Rover. Due to his credit union being out of state he had to wait for them to send the check for purchase. THAT WAS NO PROBLEM...there were some things the dealership needed to attend to on the vehicle. One week later on 10/21, my brother went to pick up his vehicle. And after having the car a full seven days, The dealership had not corrected any of the issues with the vehicle. Instead they advised my brother that he would have to return at at later date. I personally would've told them to keep their vehicle and took my money elsewhere. For this to be a "luxury" dealership, they sure have "buy here pay here" tactics. As much as I love Land Rovers, I will never get one from here.

Poor customer service, I called today and spoke to Shericka (sp?), I asked to speak to an available service rep, which she refused to. When I asked to speak to a manager or someone else she stated their wasn't anyone available.

You better hope you don't need anything after the sale! Trying to get someone to answer the phone or call you back is a nightmare!

Yes! The front gates are open for situations just like this. To the left of the three service doors at the entrance is a box labeled "Night Drop". Open it up. Grab an envelope. Fill out the necessary information including contact info and your vehicle's problem. Put the key inside the envelope after you're finished and seal it before dropping it in. Service opens at 7:30AM weekday mornings and they'll get back to you as soon as they can! Hope this helps!

Take your vehicle to your trusted mechanic or your vehicle manufacturer's service center where a technician can get/order your new one & install it. It's a quick fix but may be a little bit pricey! Enjoy your day! Kasbody and Paint can also do it.
That answer is dependent upon the vehicle and your current credit situation. Please contact the dealership directly and they will be able to help you with your question. Thanks for your interest!
